You may not claim the business Mask The Day and/or www.masktheday.com , www.masktheday.co.uk to be your own or attempt to be paid through any other system than our website
We are not liable for the damage of goods during delivery- we do not own the delivery company & you should contact us for communication with the delivery company should there be such an occurrence on: sales@masktheday.com then we shall then give you their details to deal with this directly. If the product is badly damaged, you must show proven evidence. Only in extreme circumstances will the item be replaced

No selling Mask The Day products or website images from or related to Mask The Day to other companies, just individuals, freelancers, customers & distributors through the site. No over charging of products to people outside of the website www.masktheday.com or www.masktheday.co.uk
We are not liable for yours or your downlines’ failure to succeed in our Business Process, Commissions or Sale of products for personal success or use with Mask the Day. You are obliged to build your own franchise.
Though we support you as best we can with an option to opt into a Promotional Sales pool, we cannot guarantee that this effort will result in constant results of leads & sign ups . We are not liable to reach Level & Ranking achievements for you or build teams without your effort & input.
The Promotional Pool is successful for many people to link them with appropriate Customers/ Distributors. The Promotional Pool is a £29 per month payment- this is non-refundable, however may be cancelled after 3 payments over 3 months.
We do not accept abuse to Staff or Distributors alike
We do not accept disparagement & ridicule of the company or those who work for companies with similar products whilst working for us. You may work for other companies as long as the Mask The Day name and reputation is not damaged by that association
You must sign up to the minimum of a four month shopping subscription as a Distributor whereby this subscription may only be reduced to 2 months if there is a reason that is serious & can be proven as so, i.e: serious illness, accident or dyer financial issues. You can only be paid for your Level Ranking with Mask The Day by maintaining 2 Distributor sign ups per month
You will be paid for Level Ranking achievements within 1 month of reaching that goal
You cannot advertise the business plan commercially but one on one is allowed & within social media groups
You cannot do Sponsored adverts for our products on social media nor radio, magazines or newspapers.
You may use social media to post our business opportunity with Mask The Day, through your own page, MLM groups & job groups. Flyers & Business cards can be handed out, parties & meeting are also allowed.
Package products are displayed for you to choose & are set- however you may contact sales@masktheday.com to specify should you wish to have specific male/ female/ childrens masks
Those outside of the UK can become Distributors
Those outside of the UK can purchase product packages but are limited when it comes to delivering heavy, powdered & fluid filled items, as on their long distance travels they are likely to create leakages & therefore damage to other goods. Anyone outside of the UK can still purchase most items from the package of products. Large heavy bottles of fluid & may not make it to a far away destination without leaking or causing damage to other products.
Postage & delivery will be added, £6 for light packages, £10-£14 for heavier items
Due to Covid 19 lockdown restrictions, Delivery times can range from 1 -3 weeks in UK, 2-6 weeks outside of UK
You will have your account shut down & be removed from the business process entirely & permanently with Mask The Day should you be found to breach any of the above Policies, Terms & Conditions
Mask The Day, being www.masktheday.com or www.masktheday.co.uk is an MLM company that provides & supports a fair multi level marketing & affiliate system up to 11 Levels, by allowing Distributors to also be the Customers purchasing monthly shopping on a subcription. This way willing individuals can create a career for themselves through our resources & build their own business as well as supporting & expanding ours. We aim to grow as a family & help each other in this win win situation. Please respect & adhere to these rules.
